- The candidature will be cancelled if any candidate provides any erroneous information related to job criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
- NWPGCL will not be held responsible for any issues, complaints or blacklisting that arises from abusing the system.
- Except for payment obligations, neither party will be held liable to the other for any failure to meet the obligations for eligibility.
- NWPGCL reserves the right to cancel any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
